Thank you for your interest in Her Sacred Waters!

The desire to participate in a pilgrimage to Avalon emerges from deep withinit is a response to a call from the Goddess. Reaching out through the mists, she's beckoned you to journey into Her sacred landscape. Thank you for listening, for trusting the intuitive nudge, and acknowledging the quickening in your heart.

The land of Avalon is a powerful place. Her energy is known to stir up deep material, sometimes unearthing old wound, shadows, or painful memories. She is the heart chakra of the planet and this unearthing process is in service to clearing all that is in the way of your heart's purest expression and experience of love and joy.

Being in Avalon is activating, healing, and accelerating on many levels. It will create change in your life. Creating and holding a strong healing container for this work is a vital aspect of my role as your guide. We experience the magic of Avalon through being on the land and communing with the elements. This journey includes lots of walking and will require a good pair a hiking shoes with ankle support. If you feel a "YES!" to all of this, please respond to the following questions so that I may learn more about you. Thank you for your time, energy, and transparency. I will be in touch with you soon!

FAQ

  • Most pilgrimages are ten days, each year that may fluctuate by a day or so depending on how the schedule aligns. Please bear in mind that depending upon where you are traveling from you may need to arrive in London the day before, and if you are traveling from the states, with the time change, you may depart two days prior to the start of the journey.

  • Airfare is not included. Participants are responsible for getting themselves either to London Heathrow airport or London Paddington station, that information will be shared upon registration. Attendees will have an allotted time to meet at London Heathrow or Paddington station to begin the journey. Once the journey has commenced, all transport is taken care of, including return to London Paddington or Heathrow airport. Participants are then responsible for their air travel home.

  • As space is very limited and these pilgrimages are planned far in advance, refunds are only available if the spot can be filled. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.

  • Making sure we have the proper attire enables us to be present to the magic all around, allowing for deep inner experiences. It is very challenging to tune in to the energies or have fun and play when we have blisters on our feet or are cold. Please honor and support yourselves by consciously preparing for this journey as you would prepare for a sacred ceremony. This will set the tone for an amazing experience!

ITEMS TO BRING & PLAN FOR

Passport (make sure it’s valid at least 6 months after our travel dates)

Good walking shoes with ankle support - I cannot emphasize the importance of this enough! We will be walking long distances on uneven terrain. Getting in and out of St Nectan’s Glen is a bit of a hike, and we have many other long walks and experiences out on the land. I personally wear Lowa hiking boots with ankle support and I love them. I recommend going to REI and trying shoes on to make sure you find the most comfortable pair for you. And most importantly be sure to BREAK THEM IN before our journey!

Wool socks (REI - I recommend the brand Darn Tough)

Layers - leggings, long sleeved shirts, light scarves, sweaters, etc. Breathable natural materials are best. It is likely we will have beautiful sunny weather, however, it is England! Tintagel is on the sea and there are always cool sea winds. Temperatures in Glastonbury could fluctuate from

the low 60’s to high 70’s, and of course there is always the possibility of rain.

Dress in comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. You may desire to bring a dress for ceremony. (I personally wear dresses with my hiking boots most of the time)

Yoga clothes for an optional kundalini class and/ or practicing/ stretching on your own in the mornings

Light raincoat that you can pack in a day pack.

Day pack that is comfortable and can carry your lunch, water bottle, raincoat/ extra layers, journal, whatever else you feel called to have on you.

    Water bottle

Light travel thermos for hot beverages

    Journal and pen

Offerings - an offering to make to St Nectan’s Glen during our opening ceremony (I have learned that offering something meaningful to you creates a powerful energetic connection with the Otherworld, this could be a crystal or small piece of jewelry. It will be offered to water so be aware of that when choosing what to bring)

Any biodegradable offerings you wish to make to the Faeries and elemental spirits

Any sacred objects you’d like to bless in the waters

A small pouch or medicine bag for collecting earth treasures along the way (completely optional)

Additional snacks to carry with you if you like (we will be very well fed! I always like to have snacks on me too :)) There is also a wonderful health food shop in Glastonbury.

Ear plugs, eye mask, a light sleep aid like melatonin (which is very good for hormonal balance) *** sleeping arrangements are in close quarters, so these things will support everyone getting a good night’s sleep.

Adapters for phone chargers *** note that cell phones are not permitted at the Chalice Well in order to preserve the sacred energies present there. It will be important to keep phones on airplane mode and use only for photos. I know some of you are mamas and need to check your phones occasionally, and there will be times to do so. Please prepare yourselves to take this time completely away from any responsibilities so you can be fully immersed in the journey. ***

Hair dryers will be provided at both accommodations so no need to travel with one.

There will be opportunities to ceremonially merge with the powerful healing waters at St Nectan’s Glen and the Chalice Well. If you do not feel comfortable being naked, you are welcome to bring a bathing suit. You are fully accepted and loved no matter what!

Towels will be provided at both accommodations. You may desire to bring a small travel towel for dips into the springs, so that your shower towel stays clean and fresh. (REI has these too!)

    Sunscreen, sunglasses, sun hat

Headlamp or flashlight for walking outdoors in the garden on your own at night, if you desire (optional)

ALL OF THIS SAID, PLEASE TRY TO PACK AS LIGHTLY AS POSSIBLE :)

We will be in close quarters and the rooms are quaint and cozy.

    Blessed Be Sisters!!
